Terms of Service

These Terms govern Rabtafy accounts, subscriptions, customer-experience tools, physical Touchpoints, integrations, AI-assisted features and related services.

Version 1.1 · Effective 2026-09-12

Agreement, eligibility and authority

By creating an account, accepting these Terms, signing an order form or using Rabtafy, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business or organization you represent. You confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

You may use Rabtafy only for lawful business purposes and only for businesses, locations, data and customer experiences you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and activity performed through your account.

Subscriptions, plans and billing

Free and paid plans may differ in features, limits, availability and support. Paid subscriptions renew according to the interval and terms presented at purchase unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms.

Prices, currencies, taxes, promotions, legacy subscriber pricing and payment providers may vary by region, channel and subscription start date. The price and commercial terms presented at the point of purchase control that transaction.

Some app distributions may allow access to an existing Rabtafy subscription without offering subscription purchase or management inside the app. Subscription availability and purchase methods may therefore differ by platform.

Review integrity and third-party review platforms

You must use Rabtafy review and reputation features honestly and in accordance with the rules of the relevant review platform. You must not create or procure fake reviews, impersonate customers, offer unlawful incentives, suppress lawful negative feedback, or manipulate review outcomes.

You must not use Rabtafy to engage in review gating. If you solicit public reviews, customers must not be selectively directed to or blocked from a review destination based on whether their experience was positive or negative. Private feedback tools may be used for service improvement, but must not be configured to prevent dissatisfied customers from having the same legitimate opportunity to leave a public review where such solicitation is otherwise permitted.

Third-party review services, including Google and other platforms, may impose their own solicitation, content and account rules. You are responsible for complying with those rules and with applicable consumer-protection and advertising laws.

Physical assets and Touchpoints

Rabtafy physical QR/NFC assets are separate from SaaS feature entitlements unless a purchase offer expressly says otherwise. A valid registered asset may be required for a Touchpoint to be published or activated.

You must not counterfeit, clone, tamper with or misuse Rabtafy asset identifiers, attach an asset belonging to another account without authorization, or attempt to bypass asset or entitlement controls.

Business content and permissions

You retain ownership of business information, menus, catalogs, images, offers, links, messages and other content you provide. You grant Rabtafy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, transmit and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the services you have enabled.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed for content and personal data you submit, including customer contact details, marketing messages, loyalty and referral programs, surveys, feedback, orders and uploaded media.

Customer data and privacy responsibilities

Where Rabtafy processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, that business determines the purposes and means of the relevant customer-data processing and remains responsible for notices, consents or other lawful bases, data-subject requests, retention choices and communications required for its use case.

Rabtafy processes such data to provide and secure the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.

Third-party services and integrations

Rabtafy may integrate with services such as Google, authentication providers, messaging providers, payment providers, hosting providers and AI providers. Those services are operated by third parties and may have separate terms, policies, quotas, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions or approval processes.

Rabtafy does not control third-party outages, suspensions, API changes, policy decisions or data supplied by third parties. You are responsible for maintaining any third-party account or authorization required for an integration you enable.

AI-assisted features and analytics

AI-assisted features may generate suggestions, summaries, business insights, drafts or other content from information available to the relevant Rabtafy feature. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable and should be reviewed before it is published, sent to customers or used to make material business decisions.

Rabtafy AI features are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated advice. Feature availability, model provider, usage limits and entitlements may vary by plan and may change over time.

Orders, merchants and payment links

Where Rabtafy supports ordering, payment links, redirects or commerce workflows, the merchant remains the seller of record unless expressly stated otherwise. The merchant is responsible for products and services, pricing, taxes, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service, required disclosures and payment obligations not expressly assumed by Rabtafy.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Rabtafy Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful or deceptive activity, spam, malicious code, unauthorized access, abusive content, infringement, fraudulent reviews, circumvention of security or entitlements, and misuse of another tenant's data or assets.

Rabtafy may investigate, restrict, remove, suspend or disable content, integrations, public experiences or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the service or legal compliance.

Suspension, termination and account data

You may stop using Rabtafy at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions subject to the applicable billing terms. Rabtafy may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, misuse of third-party services or where continued service would create legal or operational risk.

After termination or expiry, access may end immediately or at the end of a paid period depending on the applicable plan and billing terms. Rabtafy may retain or delete information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, security requirements and documented backup or retention practices.

Service availability and changes

Rabtafy may update, add, replace or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, third-party changes, legal compliance or product development. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of every feature or integration.

Intellectual property

Rabtafy software, designs, documentation, trademarks, branding and platform materials remain the property of Rabtafy or the applicable rights holder. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide about Rabtafy may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, provided this does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or business content.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rabtafy is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every feature, integration, AI output, analytics result or third-party service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rabtafy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or losses arising from customer content, merchant fulfilment, third-party services, misuse of NFC/QR cards and stands, unauthorized account activity outside Rabtafy's reasonable control, or decisions made from analytics or AI output.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, claims or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of Rabtafy, your content, your products or services, your customer communications, or your violation of third-party rights or review-platform rules.

Changes to these Terms

Rabtafy may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be published as a new version with a new effective date. Where renewed acceptance is required, account access may be gated until the current required version is accepted.
