Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
How Rabtafy subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds and platform-specific purchase availability are handled.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed using the price, currency, interval, taxes and provider presented at checkout. Promotional pricing, regional pricing and legacy subscriber pricing may differ from current public offers.
Some Rabtafy app distributions may be consumption-only and may allow users to access an existing subscription without offering subscription purchase, renewal, upgrade, downgrade or cancellation inside that app. Where purchase is available, the checkout channel controls the payment flow.
Renewal and cancellation
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, recurring subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing interval until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal and ordinarily does not remove access already paid for through the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically delete account data. Data retention and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable account settings or support processes.
Failed payments
Failed or past-due payments may trigger provider retries, notices, grace periods, feature restrictions or plan changes according to the applicable subscription rules. Rabtafy will not intentionally charge an unrelated payment provider for the same subscription without an authorized billing flow.
Taxes and currency
Prices may be displayed or charged in different currencies by region or payment provider. Applicable taxes, duties or similar charges may be added where required. Businesses are responsible for taxes arising from their own sales and customer transactions.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the transaction, applicable law, payment-provider rules and any specific commercial terms shown at purchase. Unless required by law or expressly promised at checkout, cancelling a recurring subscription does not automatically create a refund for an already-started billing period.
Physical-product purchases, if offered, may be subject to separate fulfilment, return, replacement or warranty conditions.
