Acceptable Use & Review Integrity Policy
Rules for safe, lawful and trustworthy use of Rabtafy, including customer communications and review-generation features.
Prohibited use
Do not use Rabtafy for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or malicious activity; unauthorized access; spam; harmful code; impersonation; fraud; harassment; collection of information you are not permitted to collect; circumvention of plan or security controls; or interference with service availability.
Do not counterfeit or tamper with Rabtafy NFC/QR cards and stands, probe other tenants, attempt to access data belonging to another customer, or use automated means to overload or scrape the service contrary to documented functionality.
Review integrity
Do not create, purchase, arrange, solicit or publish fake, fabricated or misleading reviews or testimonials. Do not impersonate a customer or cause employees, contractors or related parties to present themselves as independent customers where doing so would be deceptive.
Do not use Rabtafy for review gating. A customer's opportunity to leave a public review must not depend on whether they first report a positive experience. Private feedback may be collected for service improvement, but it must not be used to selectively prevent or divert dissatisfied customers from an otherwise available public-review path.
Do not offer incentives for reviews where the applicable review platform or law prohibits them, and do not condition an incentive on a positive rating or specific sentiment. You are responsible for complying with the policies of Google and any other review service you use.
Customer communications and marketing
Use messaging, loyalty, referral, survey and customer-contact features only where you have the required permission or lawful basis. Provide legally required sender identification, disclosures and opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms.
Do not upload purchased, scraped or unlawfully obtained contact lists or use Rabtafy to send deceptive, misleading or unsolicited bulk communications.
Content standards
Do not publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, threatening or designed to mislead customers about a business, offer, price or relationship. You are responsible for obtaining rights to images, trademarks, text and other material you upload.
Enforcement
Rabtafy may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an integration or account, preserve relevant records, or take other proportionate action reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the service or legal compliance.
Serious or repeated violations, fraud, security abuse or deliberate manipulation of review systems may result in immediate suspension or termination.
