NFC/QR Card & Stand Terms
Additional terms for Rabtafy QR/NFC NFC/QR cards and stands.
NFC/QR identity
Valid Rabtafy NFC/QR cards and stands originate from the Rabtafy NFC/QR registry. A public QR/NFC destination may resolve through a secure asset token and can be reassigned to an eligible Touchpoint without reprinting the asset.
Ownership and claiming
Tenant-bound NFC/QR items may be used only by the assigned account. General-use NFC/QR items may be claimed once by an eligible tenant unless Rabtafy explicitly releases or transfers them. Suspended or retired NFC/QR items cannot be used to publish a Touchpoint.
Self-created NFC/QR items
Where a plan permits self-generation, the Rabtafy backend creates the registered NFC/QR identity. Self-generation quotas are separate from purchased or platform-assigned hardware.
Physical responsibility
Customers are responsible for appropriate physical placement, printing/programming, environmental suitability and preventing misuse or unauthorized copying of physical products under their control.
