How Rabtafy AI-assisted features work, what information may be used and what users should expect from AI-generated suggestions and content.
What AI features do
Rabtafy may use configured AI providers for features such as the AI Growth Coach, business analysis, review-response drafting, website content, Menu/Catalog enhancement and other supported workflows. Availability, model choice, limits and entitlements may vary by plan and platform configuration.
Some recommendations may be generated from deterministic Rabtafy rules without sending information to an external AI provider. Other eligible features may use an external AI model to generate or improve a result.
Information used for AI
Depending on the feature, Rabtafy may use business profile information, enabled feature settings, summarized analytics, review or feedback context, selected content, or text supplied by the user. Rabtafy is designed to send only information reasonably needed for the requested AI operation.
Do not intentionally submit passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, health information or other unnecessary sensitive personal information to AI features.
Review before acting
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable. Users must review generated material before publication, customer communication or material business action. A recommendation or predicted outcome is not a guarantee that a particular rating, review volume, revenue result or customer outcome will occur.
No professional advice or automated eligibility decisions
Rabtafy AI output is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, AI suggestions are intended to support business operations and are not used by Rabtafy to make legally significant decisions about individuals.
Third-party AI providers
When Rabtafy uses an external AI provider, that provider processes the submitted information under its applicable service terms and data-processing commitments. Rabtafy may change providers or models to improve reliability, quality, cost or availability while maintaining the applicable product entitlement and privacy controls.
